Can You Really Build a FULL Business with Just AI Tools in 2025?
As I build my own online business, EarnGears.com, I’m realizing that I need to be smart with my tools. I don’t have a team or a big budget. So, I spent the last few weeks researching AI tools that could help a solo founder like me run a full business.
This post is a summary of my personal research. These are the 5 tools that I believe could create a complete, automated system for a beginner. I’m sharing my findings and my plan for which ones I will test first for my own business. This is not expert advice, but a look into my research notebook.

Why I'm Researching Durable AI:
For the past few weeks, I’ve been thinking about starting a new website for a small project. But honestly, the thought of building a site from scratch felt overwhelming. That’s when I started researching AI tools that could help a beginner like me create something professional quickly, without needing any coding skills. After exploring a few options, my research led me to Durable AI. Its claim of building a website in seconds was exactly what I was looking for.

What My Research Revealed (The Features that Stood Out):
As I dug deeper, I was impressed by the number of features it offers beyond just a website builder. It seems more like an all-in-one business platform. Here are the key features that I found most valuable during my research:

Included Services: Every Durable plan includes hosting, a custom domain name, and website analytics.

My Plan to Test Durable AI:
Based on this research, Durable AI is the first tool I will be testing for my new project. My plan is to start this test next week. I will use the AI generator to build the site and then document my entire experience – from the 3-second build process to how easy it is to customize. Tool 2: Simplified – My Research on an All-in-One Marketing Tool
My Research Findings: After a website, marketing is the next big challenge. I researched Simplified and found that it’s more than just a design tool. It’s a full marketing suite that includes AI-powered video creation, social media scheduling, and even writing tools. The most futuristic feature I read about was its “Deepfake UGC Creator,” which can generate realistic testimonial videos.
My Plan: While I am currently using Canva for my design needs, I have bookmarked Simplified. Once my blog starts getting more traffic, my plan is to test their free plan to see if it can really streamline my social media marketing.
Tool 3: Tidio – My Research on AI Customer Support
My Research Findings: My research indicates that good customer support is crucial for building trust. Tidio caught my attention because it’s not just a simple chatbot. It seems to offer advanced features like real-time visitor behavior detection and automated sales offers.
My Conclusion: While I don’t have enough traffic or customers to need this for EarnGears.com right now, it’s on my watchlist. For anyone planning to launch an e-commerce store or a service-based business, this seems like a very important tool for the future.
Tool 4: Claude 3 – My Research on an Advanced Content Engine
My Research Findings: For content creation, I’ve researched beyond just basic AI writers. Claude 3 seems to be on another level, especially for handling long documents and complex topics. According to its website, it can analyze entire PDF files (like research papers or contracts) without losing context, which is a common problem with other AIs.
My Plan: For my regular blogging, my current tools are enough. However, I plan to test Claude 3’s free version for my next deep-research article to see if it can help me analyze sources and data more effectively.
Tool 5: Polymer – My Research on Simplified Data Analysis
My Research Findings: I’ve learned that making business decisions based on data is crucial. A tool like Polymer seems to solve a big problem for non-technical people like me. It claims to connect with Google Sheets or Excel and automatically turn complex data into simple, easy-to-understand dashboards and forecasts.
My Conclusion: This is another tool for the future. Once I have a few months of traffic data or sales data, I plan to test Polymer’s free tier to see if it can give me insights that I might be missing.
